We're here for the people who've had to be “strong” in silence.

Unapologetically Different. Fearlessly Authentic.

BGB exists to strengthen suicide prevention support, advance mental health advocacy, and push inclusive work culture through education, peer support programming, and community collaboration — delivered virtually nationwide.

Mission

We build safer support systems — at home, in community, and at work — so people can access care and connection without shame, barriers, or performance.

What Guides Us

  • • Access over aesthetics
  • • Systems over slogans
  • • Lived experience centered
  • • Dignity as the baseline

Advocacy

We speak up, build pathways, and remove barriers — especially for communities expected to “tough it out.”

Legacy

We build supports that outlast a campaign or trend — systems people can actually use.

Branding

We shift narratives with integrity: YOUR STORY. YOUR IMPACT. YOUR LEGACY.

What We Are (and What We Aren’t)

We are: education, advocacy, peer support programming, training, and partnership.

We are not: emergency response, a crisis hotline, or clinical therapy.

If you are in immediate danger, call/text 988 (U.S.) or 911.

Why We #Act4MentalHealth

I #Act4MentalHealth because I know what it feels like to navigate trauma, anxiety, and burnout in silence — while still showing up for everyone else.

I #Act4MentalHealth because military families, caregivers, and trauma-impacted communities are too often expected to “be strong” instead of being supported.

I #Act4MentalHealth because stigma, inequity, and broken systems keep people from the care they deserve. Advocacy must do more than raise awareness — it must remove barriers.

Healing should not depend on privilege, proximity, or luck. Everyone deserves care that meets them where they are and treats their humanity as non-negotiable.
